Hosts manage their own policies. You control your rules, liability requirements, deposits, and usage guidelines. The directory simply displays your information clearly for seekers.

10. How much commitment is required?

There is no minimum. Hosts can offer their space as often or as rarely as they like. Update availability anytime.
